Your Questions

We will give you full instructions of how to get the keys and the code to either open a keybox to gain possession of the keys, or go to a local shop who will hand the keys to you.

A reserved, on site parking space is available free with this apartment. And if you have an RV or van? Don’t worry, there’s no height restriction.

A link to a digital accommodation contract will be emailed to you as part of our booking process – this MUST be signed online and submitted before entry to the accommodation is granted.

Your photo ID, either a valid driving license or current passport MUST be attached to the digital contract you sign. If ID is not presented your booking may be cancelled.

A fully refundable damage/security deposit MUST be pre-authorised or paid before entry to the accommodation is granted. Please note that this deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and that there has been no breach of any terms and conditions during the stay. Refunds are processed up to 7 days from the day of check out.

If you are booking directly with us, we will send you a WorldPay link by email, and the payment is processed from your debit/credit card.  If you have booked through an online booking agent and they haven’t taken payment direct we will also send a payment link.   We do not accept any cash payments in any circumstances.

If you cancel a Refundable booking more than 14/30 days before the check in date (depending on terms), you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 14/30 days (depending on terms) of the check in date commencing, or if you have booked using a non-refundable rate then your cancellation will be non refundable.

We provide free internet access and WiFi at all our apartments.

We will issue the key code and further access information on the morning of your arrival.

Wherever possible subject to the availability, yes you can. We will ensure that we get your apartment ready first. Early check in is from £10 per hour prior to our standard check in at 3pm.

Yes, as we will be providing you with remote access to the apartment, you can arrive any time you want after check in time, but please note that for same day bookings the administration office closes by 10.00pm so you must have completed all the booking process by that time (that is, payment made, contract completed and ID uploaded, and security deposit successfully paid). Then the access codes will be issued.

Yes, subject to availability you can. Late check out is also costed from £10 per hour until 1pm.

Due to lack of suitable space, we are unable to offer this facility. However, early check in, and late check out is possible subject to the availability of your apartment.

No, we do not offer airport shuttles, but we can either book on your behalf a pick up with reputable local taxi companies who you pay directly when they collect/deliver you.
